Whitewater tennis center offers guests the opportunity to improve their game with top tennis professionals and 12 tennis courts, 10 of which are night-lit (six red clay courts, four hard courts and two Pro-Grass courts). Horseshoe Bay Resort offers programs for women, men and juniors of all levels. Offerings include court rental, racquet rental, stringing service and private tennis instruction from the professional staff. The Andy Roddick Kids’ Courts at Horseshoe Bay Resort - Designed by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) for children age 10 and under, the smaller courts (60-foot) are intended to help children learn the game of tennis more quickly. Using smaller racquets and larger, depressurized balls, the children are expected to more easily learn tennis concepts and strategy. Horseshoe Bay Resort is the first facility in the United States to feature these cutting-edge courts developed and sponsored by USTA.
Group Tennis Tournaments - Tennis professionals organize and oversee guest tournaments. Tournaments can range from one to three hours and can accommodate up to 50 players, doubles or singles.
Group Tennis Clinics - Clinics consist of drills, stroke analysis and strategy (minimum of three people per clinic).
Fall & Spring Junior Tennis Programs - Junior programs include drills, point situation, conditioning and mental toughness training. Summer Camps are also available at the junior level.
